Glitch

Cooldown: 32s
Monika extends her arms and creates a temporary shield around herself that halfs damage done to her. This damage capped at 15.
Upon expiring, Monika receives a short speed boost accompanied by invincibility frames.
When under the effect of ACT, this move becomes VIRUS. It keeps the same functionality, but once the shield activates, it has a short period where Monika can "infect" Executioners and Minions she touches.
While infected, a player cannot use their abilities for around 5 seconds.
Write Poem
Keybind: E
Cooldown: 30s
Creates a pink circle around Monika, which grants a random of two buffs to survivors that are within it.
The buffs include: the shield from Monika's Glitch ability, or a short speed boost.
When under the effect of ACT, both buffs are granted at once.
Manipulate

Cooldown: 35s
Temporarily disables springs for Executioners and Minions, and disables hazards for survivors.
These hazards include the fire burners in HillGym, spikes and red rings.

Monika extends her arms and creates a reddish glitch aura around her.
When she is near a survivor with this glitch aura, she can make the rate at which their cooldowns recharge slow down immensely.
Survivors under this effect are tinted red.
Extras
PROS
- Easy to use support.
- Write Poem can help with various scenarios, like getting out of chase.
It also has a fairly short cooldown. - Glitch lowers the damage which helps with juking, and the speed boost helps with getting distance in chases.
- Being a support, she has to rely on her team and is very vulnerable when alone.
- No offensive capabilities unless Frisk is present to use ACT. Even then, VIRUS is not a true offensive move.
- When she's the last one standing, Monika's abilities will, at most, prolong the inevitable.
- Write Poem relies on RNG.
- VIRUS's hitbox is extremely small and is hard to land on an Executioner.
- Vortex's Jump Attack and Chara's Save Throw can counter Manipulate.
- Monika works well with Sonic as her abilities are complementary to his.
- Use Glitch when needing to approach the killer for using Write Poem, as it will negate some damage.
- Manipulate should only be used when the Executioner has no other way of going up other than a long path.
- Use VIRUS whenever an Executioner is stunned or going up a spring.
